Norman W. Johnson has maintained the credential as a Certified Rehabilitation
Counselor through the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification since
November, 1990. His other credential as a Fellow with the American Board of Vocational
Experts has been in place since September, 2000. Norm has also been licensed through
the Washington State Department of Health as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor
since March, 2001, and is a member of the National Association of Forensic Economics.
